Returns

At Covered In Beauty you have a 14-day viewing period on all items. This period starts on the day after receipt of your order.

Is the article not to your liking or would you prefer to receive it in a different size or color? Please fill in the return form that you have received in the package.

Pay Attention

– The article may of course be fitted, but must be returned undamaged.

– All articles are therefore checked on receipt.

– We do not accept returns or exchanges without the attached card.

– The return is for your own account.

– In case of return of a damaged article, compensation can be charged.

– Only non-discounted items may be returned for money back, only within 14 days after ordering.

– All items in the SALE category may not be returned for money back, but exchange is no problem.

– All bodysuits and accessories may not be returned for hygienic reasons.

– The money from your order will be refunded within 14 days of receipt.

– Please note that we return the amount minus administration costs.

– We are obliged, in any case within 14 days from the moment of receiving your return, to refund the return amount.
